...I know I've been feeling decidedly frazzled of late, but I didn't realise just how frantic these past couple of months have been. At the risk of sounding clichéd, time simply ran away from me - as I think it so often does for an awful lot of people at the tail end of each year.
It is now exactly eight weeks since I last blogged. So much has happened in our lives since 5th November, I barely know where to start. Between a flurry of social engagements and special occasions - birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties, and the like - we had a house robbery (while we were at home, fast asleep), I was without a camera for three weeks (I felt like an amputee), I finally got a new camera (insurance claim), I invited our new neighbours over to say hi, I saw my brother for the first time since his family's return to SA from the UK earlier this year (he was up from Cape Town on business), I decided on and enrolled Goran in a nursery school (starting 9th January), etc, etc...
I think for now I'll just upload the pics taken at Goran's second birthday party, and those taken on Christmas Day - the ones my family and friends who are not on Facebook most want to see. I'll have to elaborate on details of some of the afore-mentioned events as and when I get the chance.
